SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS — CHALK
Chalk orders ship from our facility in Clearwater, Florida via USPS at the following service levels:
- Local Delivery (within 2 miles)
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Free shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage for orders $40 and over.
Processing time for chalk: 1 to 2 business days
Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days within the US
Note: All delivery times and dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS — APPAREL
Apparel orders are made on demand by our production partner. Each shirt is printed specifically for your order, which means a slightly longer timeline but ensures we never run out and you always get exactly what you ordered.
Production time: 3 to 7 business days
Shipping time: 7 to 12 business days within the US
Total time from order to delivery: typically 10 to 19 business days

3. ORDERING CHALK AND APPAREL TOGETHER
If your order includes both chalk and apparel, you'll receive two separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Your chalk will arrive first (usually within a week), and your apparel will follow shortly after. This is normal — no need to worry if half your order arrives while the rest is on the way.
You are not charged extra for the two shipments. Free shipping over $40 still applies to your full order.
4. SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLMENT
If you are purchasing a chalk subscription, deliveries will be made on the first week of each month.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & CUT-OFFS
Same-Day Shipping (chalk only): To ensure chalk items are sent out the same day you order, please place your order before 3:00 PM EST. Apparel is made to order and does not qualify for same-day shipping.
7. DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
8. TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email once each part of your order ships. If you don't see tracking within the expected processing window, check your spam folder or email us at Avilacoandco@gmail.com.
